The Woodlands Landing: The new home of TIPLER

TIPLER Luxury Homes has officially relocated to its new, purpose built Design Center at ‘The Woodlands Landing’.

The new office and showroom are conveniently located on the junction of Woodlands Parkway and 2978, to capitalize on the expansion of The Woodlands and offering convenient access to the other key developments where TIPLER is currently building luxury properties, including Pine Island.

The completed office space is now home to the 35 strong TIPLER team who can take advantage of contemporary office space, a specialist Design Center and stunning conference rooms, all of which have been designed to enhance the client experience when going through the process of building a new home.

The 7,000sqft Design Center enables the company’s team of designers to walk homeowners through each design stage, while being able to both see and handle the various materials that will be used to create their dream home; from flooring samples and tiles to furniture fabric selections.

Commenting on the new space, Justin Tipler said: “We knew some time ago that we would need to move to larger premises, to accommodate the talented industry professionals we have recruited over the past eight years. It therefore made perfect sense to build the office space ourselves, which would suit the range of needs of our construction and design teams while creating a bright, aesthetically pleasing space to welcome clients, realtors and vendors into.  So far we’ve had fantastic feedback on the look and feel of our office, inside and out, which truly represents the innovative design style synonymous with TIPLER.”
