TIPLER begins Pine Island pre-sales

We excited to announce we’ve released new floor plans for the second phase of Woodforest’s Pine Island Village District, which is pre-selling now.

The four designs are priced from $900,000s and only 20 homesites are being offered. Full customization also is available.

Recently, Woodforest announced that TIPLER Group would be the exclusive design and build partner in the Village District of Pine Island, located along the west nine course of the Woodforest Golf Club. Homesites in this new district are approximately one-third of an acre.

Pine Island is a short golf cart ride away from Pine Market Village Center, the heart of the commercial, retail and entertainment district of Woodforest. When complete, the entire Pine Island neighborhood will have approximately 100 homes.
