Justin leads the growing team at TIPLER, which benefits from his years of business experience and knowledge of design-led construction.
Justin graduated from Manchester Business School in the UK with a Master's in Business Finance and embarked on a career in technology, establishing several high-growth startups which he subsequently sold.
This path ultimately led him, in early 2000, to pursue his true passions...architecture and design.
Justin successfully completed a diverse range of construction projects in the UK, including renovation of 16th-century English country homes to new class A office developments, before moving to Houston. Over the past decade he has developed the TIPLER Group into an award winning multidisciplinary design and construction business.
Justin is an affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects, associate member of the Urban Land Institute, a National Association of Home Builders Master Builder and a Certified Green Professional.
Raised in the UAE, Europe, and southeast Asia, Micah studied at Baylor University before moving to the UK to complete her undergraduate and master's degree studies at Manchester University.

Recognized as an industry-leading designer, Micah currently manages a team of 15 talented designers who handle all aspects of design, from flooring selection to furniture customization and installation.
Carmen brings a strong background in creative leadership, space planning, project management, and team leadership to Tipler Design Group.
With a prior career as a licensed Texas and Florida lawyer, Carmen’s understanding of the technical and detailed needs in any type of collaboration are integral to the projects she designs.
D.J. is an Allied member of ASID and a Registered Interior Designer with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Nazarene University and over 25 years of experience in the industry.
As a Senior Designer for TIPLER Design Group, D.J. ensures that all design aspects meet the client’s expectations.
