This single-story retreat was envisioned as a seamless expression of modern comfort and natural beauty. Its two-wing layout allows for distinct living zones, creating spaces for gathering and solitude alike. At the center, custom floor-to-ceiling bookshelves lend warmth and character, establishing the home’s focal point. Expansive glazing blurs the line between interior and landscape, inviting light and prairie views to shape the experience of every room. The interiors showcase clean architectural lines, layered organic textures, and a minimalist palette grounded in authenticity.
