Alexa Crawford, Design Director<\/span><\/h2>\n

TIPLER Design\u2019s projects are based on strong design concepts and the cohesiveness of both architecture, design and construction. With a design approach rooted in modern contemporary principles, TIPLER proceeds in each project with a client support focus. Each of TIPLER\u2019s designs are created stylistically and functionally with the objective of being everlasting with unparalleled craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

Interior Designer, Head of Design and Creative Director, Alexa Crawford leads the design team at TIPLER. She is known for her innovative interiors, her outstanding client focus and commitment to each project. Alexa\u2019s rare ability to connect deeply with clients allows her to see their visions as if they were her own, while also applying the critical ability to avoid trend-led designs and instead create designs with timelessness and longevity. Her professional experience spans from high-end residential to hospitality project types including luxury resorts, commercial offices, and historic boutique hotel renovations. She is a natural leader and client advocate.<\/p>\n

Stephen Laney, Head Architect, AIA<\/span><\/h2>\n

Bringing a diverse background in Interior Design and Architecture, Stephen Laney leads TIPLER Design\u2019s Architecture division. A licensed Architect in Texas, Florida, and Colorado, Stephen earned his Interior Design degree from The University of Alabama (CIDA and NASAD Accredited), with a heavy focus on sculpture and the visual arts. He received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado (NAAB accredited). Stephen is also a TREC certified Professional Real Estate Inspector in the State of Texas. He is experienced in both Commercial and Residential design and construction.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining the TIPLER team, Stephen was a pure Design\/ Builder primarily in and around the Memorial area of Houston. As an Architect who builds, his tool chest is much broader than your typical Architect, providing a unique insight and experience in the quest to bring his designs into the built world.<\/p>\n
