Pine Island Update

Wow, where has the year gone? It is hard to believe that we are nearing the end of 2022, but given the level of activity we have seen in Pine Island over the first nine months of the year, it is easy to see why the time has flown by.

With nearly 40 home sites now spoken for, our community has changed significantly and we are proud to have welcomed so many new homeowners behind the gates this year, with even more coming in 2023.

In an effort to keep pace with demand for the luxury gated golf community of Pine Island, TIPLER has begun construction on three new homes being built for sale. Two or more are slated to commence prior to the end of this year. Whether you’re looking for a seamless move, a completely move-in ready property, or if you want to spend this holiday season in a cozy new home, we’ve got you covered.
