TIPLER Group Builds Boot Ranch Partnership

DECEMBER 2019 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Austin Office Expands TIPLER’s Texas Presence

Houston, TX and Austin, TX –TIPLER Group (“TIPLER”) has partnered with Boot Ranch, the private club community located in Fredericksburg, TX, as a new builder with an exclusive product at the prestigious property. To support this partnership with developer Terra Verde Group and Wheelock Street Capital LLC and in recognition of its expanding presence throughout Texas, TIPLER has opened a new office location in Austin. The partnership also opens the door for Boot Ranch lot owners to select TIPLER for elite custom home design and construction.

As a design and build partner to Boot Ranch, TIPLER has released 10 Metzger Park Cabins, a new  offering that is consistent with the Boot Ranch commitment to premium quality and service excellence. Exclusive to Boot Ranch, Metzger Park Cabins capture the essence of the rustic outdoors nestled in a neighborhood that features prime proximity to unique amenities. The cabins will be built along the lighted Putting Park, the largest putting green in Texas. The neighborhood is adjacent to the top-rated golf course, the 34-acre golf practice park, the Ranch Club pools and fitness center, and the Clubhouse Village.

Commenting on the Boot Ranch partnership, Justin Tipler, CEO and founder of TIPLER Group, said, “We are extremely enthusiastic for this Boot Ranch partnership because we genuinely share the same vision, for a Texas luxury living and family-centric experience. Boot Ranch is a tremendous community with a gorgeous setting for us to design and build homes that will gracefully enhance the private residential club experience. He added, “The response has been amazing, with six Metzger Park Cabin reservations received within the first two weeks of the release, and that’s the authentic affirmation we were hoping for with this partnership. It’s also a very gratifying welcome for our new Austin office presence, which includes a dedicated design team on-site at Boot Ranch.”

TIPLER’s Austin office provides a daily presence beyond the city while supporting the existing regional partnerships, local clients and new opportunities throughout Texas. Well-known for leading design and builds across Houston, adding an Austin office signifies the natural growth trajectory to satisfy the demand for TIPLER in the luxury living marketplace.
